"My outer world reflects my inner world"

Here is a link to an excellent post called "Creating Balance in a World of Chaos" written by my best friend Katie about mental, physical, and emotional clutter. I wanted to share because I feel it is important. She says that once we get clear on our future and what we want, it is much easier to let go of clutter. She also talks about the "5 Pillars" she does everyday to help her create a solid foundation and that her day goes much smoother, she is nicer to herself, and that she is more at peace at the chaos around her.
